We’re growing and looking to hire a junior consultant to support our experienced team in London. You’ll be joining a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working across a broad range of roles and helping us connect top-tier talent with leading hedge funds, high-frequency trading firms, and investment managers.

This is a great opportunity for someone driven, organised, and curious about the finance and recruitment world. You'll work closely with senior consultants and get exposure to a wide range of hiring processes and client interactions from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging with high-calibre candidates and supporting them through interview processes.
• Building internal talent maps and helping to develop candidate pipelines.
• Booking interviews, preparing candidates, and providing general delivery support.
• Sitting in on client meetings and helping maintain strong relationships.
• Keeping internal systems up to date and supporting team operations.
• Developing a solid understanding of the alternative investment landscape.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong academic background (graduate level or equivalent).
• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or sales support is helpful but not essential.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communicator – both written and verbal.
• Proactive and curious, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• A team player with a genuine interest in people, careers, and financial markets.
