Job summary

CER Education is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment for education roles in Liverpool and the surrounding areas. You will build strong relationships with schools and candidates, drive new business, and attract top-tier talent using innovative strategies.

The role offers hybrid working, with 1 day WFH after probation, and uncapped commission. A UK driving licence is preferred to visit schools and clients across the region.

• Location: Liverpool City Centre - 209 Cotton Exchange Building Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9LQ
• Salary: Up to £34,500 (depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission structure
• Extra day off for your birthday
• Hybrid working: 1 day WFH after probation and weekly school visits during office days
• Hours: 7.15-5.15 (Term Time), 8.00-2.00 (School Holidays)
