What you'll be doing

As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your desk and play a key role in driving the continued growth of our temporary recruitment operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is already comfortable operating in a fast-paced recruitment environment — ideally with experience within industrial, logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, production or temporary recruitment.

You’ll need to be:

An experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record

Confident working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Commercially minded with a genuine appetite for business development

Comfortable managing both clients and candidates

Highly organised, resilient and able to prioritise under pressure

A confident communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone
