Salary: GBP26000 - GBP26000 per annum + Commission

We have an exciting opportunity for aRecruitment Consultantto join our growing team inLeeds. This role offers the chance to develop a strong client and candidate base across Leeds and surrounding areas, with a focus on delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full 360 recruitment role, placing temporary or permanent workers in theRoad Haulage, Industrial, and Distributionsectors
• Proactive business development, including sales and cold calling, to win new clients
• Arrange and attend client meetings (both online and face-to-face)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs
• Manage client accounts to ensure high service levels and satisfaction
• Write and post job adverts across online job boards and social platforms to attract top talent
• Source, screen, interview, and reference check candidates
• Match suitable candidates to client vacancies
• Working hours:Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
• Participate in arotating on-callschedule
