Recruitment Consultant

CER Education Recruitment (part of Affinity Workforce Solutions) are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We are looking to add an experienced Recruitment Consultant to our high-performing team in Leeds, specialising in Secondary Education Recruitment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Consultant to take on a warm desk with fantastic growth potential and be part of a high-performing team. This role also has leadership opportunities and continued career development available to really support you both professionally and personally.

The role & benefits as Recruitment Consultant at CER Education Recruitment:

• Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:00 (Term Time)
• Monday to Friday 08:00 - 14:00 (School Holidays)
• Hybrid / Work from Home available after initial training and inductions.
• Base Salary: £30,000 - £36,000.00 (depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission structure and additional bonus payments 3 x per year!
• Your birthday off! (In addition to your annual leave entitlement).
• Regular performance reviews and opportunities for further development.

Role responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
• Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions.
• Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own mini business.
• Showcase your drive to succeed and build a thriving career within the education recruitment sector.
