Our Inverness office is hiring! On the bonnie banks of the River Ness and Moray Firth, you’ve got the Scottish Highlands on your doorstep. Our growing office works with a range of exclusive and high-profile clients in the Construction and Property, Finance and Business Support industries. You’ll be joining a team with mixed experiences and backgrounds, supporting you in your journey to success in the industry. Only one of its kind in Scotland, we also manage a large client account in-house.

You’ll be joining our most successful and profitable business Construction.

This opportunity would be suitable for both recent graduates and those considering a change to career. You don’t need recruitment experience – just the ambition and drive to make a difference and shape your own success.

You’ll receive industry-leading training and support from consultants all at levels, from Recruitment Consultant to Senior Business Manager. We will give you the tools and resources to be successful and make an early impact.

What can I expect day to day?

As a Recruitment Consultant you'll gain exposure to a range of activities and learn throughout. Some of your main responsibilities may include:

• Part of a team who are driven to work hard but know when to have fun!
• Identifying and building partnerships with new clients and candidates
• Providing outstanding service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships
• Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews
• Handling the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job
