You’ll join an established desk with live vacancies from day one, receive comprehensive training and gain exposure to senior-level recruitment across finance, technology, transformation, data and AI.

The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained in the full 360 recruitment process, developing the commercial and relationship‑building skills required to manage your own specialist market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with senior candidates and clients.
• Identifying and approaching high‑calibre professionals for executive‑level opportunities.
• Generating new business through proactive outreach and relationship development.
• Managing the full recruitment process, from initial sourcing through to offer negotiation and placement.
