Job summary

Major Players is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant for the Contract/Freelance Team in London, working three days a week. The role offers a £35,000–£40,000 basic salary plus commission, with an emphasis on 360 recruitment, business development, and delivering talent solutions in the creative industries.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in a 360 recruitment role, experience with temp/contract/freelance hiring, and a proven track record in winning new clients and sourcing senior talent.

This is a 360 recruitment agency role with business development not an internal role

Senior Recruitment Consultant - The Role

• Identifying business opportunities within target clients / sectors
• Carrying out business development activities to drive new business sales
• Offering recruitment and talent solutions to clients and candidates
• Sourcing high level candidates within your specialism
• Engaging with active and passive candidates
• Creating a strong personal brand and knowledge within your sector

Must Have Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role
• Experience working in temp, contract or freelance recruitment
• Experience winning new clients and excelling at business development
• Great sourcing and matching skills
• Ideally have worked in the marketing or creative industries although we are open to other markets
