Ping-HR - Rec2Rec & Sales Recruitment in London is seeking a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join high-performing teams and benefit from genuine career progression and uncapped commission. The role covers managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple sectors, with hybrid working and a focus on building a strong client base and candidate network.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience working within a recruitment agency.
• A proven track record of building client relationships and generating revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A motivated, target-driven approach.
• A genuine passion for recruitment and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Developing and growing your own client portfolio through business development.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Managing vacancies from qualification through to successful placement.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates.
• Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Working towards individual and team revenue targets.
