Nexus People are currently recruiting for an On-site Recruitment Consultant, to be based at their busy client location in Derby.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an On-site Consultant in the Temporary Recruitment sector
• Experience in High Volume Hiring

Responsibilities:

1. Managing all aspects of recruitment, from attraction to onboarding
2. Handling interviews & assessments and maintaining a pool of available candidates
3. Completing compliance & referencing checks in line with company policy
4. Monitoring local competition, pay rate fluctuations, and candidate activity changes
5. Providing supply reports as required

Candidate Profile:

• Ability to work in a busy environment and manage multiple projects
• Flexible with working hours, with willingness to work additional hours during busy periods
• Proactive, efficient, positive, and helpful attitude
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to seek advice when needed
• Committed to personal and professional development
• Ability to work under pressure and handle all aspects of recruitment
• Excellent communication skills and good IT knowledge
• Availability to be on call when out of the office
