Job description

Career Teachers are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team based in Derby (St Katherine's House). A part of the Affinity Workforce Solutions group, we are a leading education recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools.

Driving licence & Recruitment experience required

The role & benefits as Recruitment Consultant at Career Teachers:

  1. Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm in term time
  2. Monday to Friday 8-12, 10-2 or 12-4 in school holidays
  3. Hybrid role (Tuesdays and Wednesdays working from home)
  4. Salary: £27,000.00 - £35,000.00 (depending on experience)
  5. Uncapped commission structure
  6. 30 days annual leave rising to 34 with the next 4 years of service
  7. Your birthday off

Role responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles.
  2. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  3. Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
  4. Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods.
  5. Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions.
  6. Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own mini business.
  7. Showcase your drive to succeed and build a thriving career within the education recruitment sector.
