QCS Staffing Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for our UK office. You will source and place candidates, manage candidate conversations, and coordinate interviews while collaborating with the Contracts & Compliance team on international placements.

Responsibilities

• Search and select suitable candidates solo or with a Delivery Executive.
• Search databases, job boards and LinkedIn; contact candidates and obtain CVs.
• Prepare and send CVs to clients.
• Arrange interviews and provide travel information as needed.
• Coordinate with Contracts & Compliance on tax/social costs for non-UK placements.

What you’ll do:

• The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for the search and selection of suitable candidates. This will either be undertaken alone or in conjunction with a Delivery Executive appointed to the assignment.
• Undertake searches on the company’s database, job boards and LinkedIn and contact suitable candidates to discuss contract opportunities, to update their records and to obtain recent CV’s.
• The preparation and sending of CV’s to clients
• The arrangement of interviews including the provision of travel information where appropriate
• Work closely with the Contracts & Compliance team in matters relating to tax and social costs if contract placement is non-UK.
