About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant with a proven background in the construction sector to join our dynamic team. Based near Biggin Hill, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a warm desk and work with an established client base, while developing new business opportunities across the region.

Anchor Recruitment is a family-owned business with over 40 years of experience in the construction sector, working nationwide to supply both white-collar technical and blue-collar trades staffing on a permanent and contract basis.

Progression opportunities for the right individual to senior level appointments based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the full 360° recruitment process
2. Sourcing and placing qualified candidates within the construction industry
3. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
4. Generating new business and identifying growth opportunities
5. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the construction sector
2. Strong knowledge of construction roles and industry requirements
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
4. Self-motivated and target-driven
5. Based within a commutable distance to Biggin Hill
6. Own vehicle and full UK license (parking available at head office)
