Sales to Recruitment – Recruitment Consultant Vacancy! SALES PEOPLE WANTED (Based in Bristol)

We are currently looking for ambitious individuals with a background in Sales, Retail or Customer Service to join our award-winning team as Recruitment Consultants.

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum + uncapped commission

Hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week

Hybrid: After your initial training period, you can choose to take advantage of our hybrid working policy.

Your new role as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Client Growth: Foster lasting relationships, build and nurture client relationships, actively pursue new business opportunities, understand recruitment needs, and provide strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
• Candidate Engagement: Find and attract top talent through effective engagement strategies, guiding candidates throughout the interview and offer process for a seamless experience.
• Skilful Negotiation: Negotiate terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships for clients and candidates.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed KPIs with enthusiasm, collaborating within a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.
• Industry Expertise: Become an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.
