We’re hiring recruitment consultants (12 months +) for our central Bristol office. The role involves 3 days in the office, 2 days remote work, and a nice 3pm finish on Fridays. There’s also an option every month to work just 4 days if you meet your weekly targets.

  • Loves Business Development and developing client relationships.
  • Identifies opportunities and follows them up with urgency.
  • Uses Job boards, LinkedIn, and adverts to attract and identify new candidates.
  • Becomes an SME in their area (Education SEN/SEND, Adult Social Care, or Children's Social Care).
  • Maintains balance in their day – dedicating equal time to candidates and clients to provide a superb experience.

  • Recruitment is a sales job; you need to be comfortable on the phone as well as face-to-face.
