Recruitment Consultant

Location: Outskirts of Bristol

Permanent People are working with an established boutique agency who are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team at their offices on the outskirts of Bristol. They specialise in a Global recession proof sector and have gone from strength to strength over the past couple of years despite the pandemic.

The company prides itself on its family-feel culture and the team is made up of an average age group of 25 to 35. The office environment is friendly, relaxed and vibrant.

Targets are set based on the consultant’s salary; they trust their employees to get the job done and offer great support when needed.

The Role:

This 360 recruitment role will focus on the European market recruiting for permanent Sales positions. It is unique in that they mostly operate a four day working week, so your hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8 am to 5 pm with every Friday off if you hit the activity target!

This role comes with excellent earning potential with a commission structure up to 30%. Four of their consultants have earned a massive £10k in a month commission, so there’s big money to be had!

Experience Requirements:

• They are ideally looking for people with at least 1 year 360 agency experience or an extensive sales background. You cannot be scared to pick up the phone and make outbound calls.
• You must be relationship-driven, show initiative and use common sense.
• The ability to speak German, Dutch or another European language would be a distinct advantage.
