Take your recruitment career into the fast lane by working with high-growth B2B SaaS and AI clients. You’ll work directly with the founder to build a specialist GTM search team and gain hands-on experience in a booming market.

With VC funding driving rapid growth in these sectors, there’s always demand for top sales talent. Your commission can rise to 30% of everything billed, giving you serious earning potential.

You’ll have the freedom to work how you work best. No micromanagement. No clock watching. Just focus on results and being the best in the industry.

After probation, you can enjoy hybrid working, with 1-2 days from home. The office is right in the middle of Bournemouth, so your commute will be easy.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be building talent pools of sales professionals from high-growth B2B SaaS and AI companies. This means creating a network of client prospects and focusing on leadership and individual contributor positions.

Cold calling and networking will be key as you build relationships with hiring managers. Staying up to date on industry news and funding will help you identify the best companies to target.

You’ll also be creating LinkedIn content to position yourself as the go-to recruiter in this niche. Winning new search assignments, whether exclusive or retained, will give you more control over your work.

Proactively headhunting A-players and managing the recruitment process from start to finish will help you build a reputation for delivering top talent.

What you’ll need
