Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our office-based team in the UK. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from winning new business to placing candidates, across specialist STEM markets in the USA and beyond.

We offer uncapped commission with no threshold, a competitive base salary, established high-growth markets, and international travel opportunities. You’ll work with experienced colleagues and have clear progression into leadership roles.

Billericay| Office-based | USA Hours: M-T 12pm-9pm & F - 10am-5pm

The teams we’re hiring into

We're currently looking for experienced 360 consultants across:

• US Perm - Space & Satellites
• US Perm - Semiconductors
• US Perm - AI Hardware
• US Perm - Data Centres
• US Contracts - Data Centres

These are specialist markets with strong demand, high-value placements and plenty of scope to build a genuine network and reputation.

What you'll be doing

You'll have ownership of the full 360 recruitment process, including:

• Winning new business and developing existing client relationships
• Managing and growing your candidate network
• Taking vacancies from initial brief through to placement
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Negotiating fees and commercial terms
• Developing your own specialist market and becoming the person clients and candidates go to
• Taking responsibility for your own billing and career progression

You'll also have access to dedicated candidate delivery and sourcing support, allowing you to spend more time doing what good 360 consultants do best, building relationships, winning business and making placements.

What we're looking for

We're looking for recruiters who already understand the 360 recruitment model and want more from their next move, Ideally, you'll have:

• 2+ years' 360 recruitment experience
• A proven track record of winning business and making placements
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and confidence dealing with clients
• The resilience and ambition to work in a high-performance environment
• A genuine interest in building a career within specialist STEM recruitment
• We're not looking for someone who simply wants another recruitment job.
• We're looking for people who want to see how far they can actually take it.
