This key role within our Resourcing Compliance team works closely with Talent Acquisition and Marketing & Events teams to deliver a holistic candidate experience. It ensures that once candidates reach the offer stage, they are smoothly onboarded in a timely and welcoming manner.

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract based at our HQ in Littlemore, Oxford. You will work a minimum of 2 days per week in the office or at events in Oxfordshire, with the remaining days flexible for remote or office work.

Ideally, you will have experience within a recruitment team or, if not, within customer service or HR, with familiarity with employment legislation and onboarding stages.
You should have knowledge of MS Office and be confident in communication via email and verbally. Experience with ATS systems like TRAC is advantageous but not essential; you should be quick to learn new systems and confident with automation while maintaining a human approach.
