Link Recruitment And Education is seeking an experienced Business Development/Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead a high-performing desk within the industrial division in West Bromwich. You will own client relationships, drive revenue, and shape the growth of our industrial recruitment presence.

The role emphasizes managing the full lifecycle from business development to placement, with uncapped commissions and clear career progression in a collaborative team.
