Mackinnon Bruce International in Leeds is seeking driven Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team. You will build a full 360 desk, generating leads, pitching to clients, negotiating terms, and delivering recruitment solutions.

With a clear progression path, competitive base salary DOE, and uncapped commissions with OTE targets starting at £45k in Year 1, £65k in Year 2, rising beyond £100k in Year 3, you can grow quickly in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Recruitment, Customer Service, Sales or a Customer facing role.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a lucrative career.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and confident working autonomously.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to confidently speak with different types of people.
