Hunter Bond in London is seeking ambitious people to join our recruitment teams. No prior recruitment experience is required; we value attitude, work ethic, confidence and the desire to succeed.

We specialise in technology, fintech, quant finance and digital innovation, working with leading businesses. You’ll receive training, support and a platform to build a successful career, with earnings and progression based on what you achieve.

• Build relationships with candidates and some of the biggest names across tech and finance
• Source, interview and place candidates into specialist roles
• Learn and develop expertise across markets including AI, quant, cybersecurity, cloud and fintech
• Manage your own candidates and take ownership of the recruitment process
• Work alongside experienced recruiters who will support and mentor you
• Hit targets, celebrate the wins and keep pushing yourself to the next level
