Job summary

Hunter Bond is seeking a driven individual to join its Associate Programme in London. From day one you’ll be on the desk, learning to source candidates, build relationships and manage the recruitment process across Technology, Quantitative Research & Trading, FinTech and Finance.

You’ll receive structured training, mentorship from experienced recruiters, and a clear path to progression as you develop your market knowledge and network in a supportive, social team in central London.

You’ll join a specialist recruitment firm working across Technology, Quantitative Research & Trading, FinTech and Change & Transformation, working with some of the most exciting companies and talent in these markets.

From day one, you’ll get hands‑on training, work alongside experienced recruiters and start building the skills needed to become a successful specialist recruiter.

What is the Associate Programme?

This isn’t a graduate scheme where you spend your first year watching from the sidelines.

You’ll be on the desk from day one, learning how to:
