Job summary

Huntress Maidstone is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join a growing national company. You will support the recruitment team, source candidates for live roles, review applications and coordinate interview logistics, with full training and career progression on offer.

Responsibilities

Actively sourcing suitable candidates for live vacancies using recruitment platforms and databases.
Reviewing CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates for each role.
Managing the vacancy process, including speaking with clients to arrange interviews and obtaining timely feedback.
Booking and attending virtual candidate registrations.
Providing general administrative and recruitment support to the wider team.
Maintaining accurate candidate and vacancy records.
