Responsibilities

• Actively sourcing suitable candidates for live vacancies using a range of recruitment platforms and databases
• Reviewing CVs and applications to identify candidates who match the requirements of each role
• Managing the vacancy process, including speaking with clients to arrange interviews, coordinating timings with applicants and obtaining detailed feedback in a timely manner
• Booking and attending virtual candidate registrations
• Providing general administrative and recruitment support to the wider team
• Maintaining accurate candidate and vacancy records
