A growing security services company seeks a Recruitment & Vetting Manager to lead recruitment strategies, ensuring compliance with BS7858 standards. This role involves managing performance, supporting onboarding, and maintaining strong candidate experiences during high-volume hires. The ideal candidate will have substantial recruitment experience and HR qualifications.

Permanent role - 40 hours per week
The Recruitment & Vetting Manager will be responsible for leading the business recruitment strategy and ensuring full compliance with screening and vetting processes in line with BS7858 standards. This on-site office based role is central to supporting staffing and scheduling requirements and will manage all recruitment systems, team onboarding, engagement, performance and team welfare

Requirements
Qualifications
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) in HR Management/Training (essential)
Mental Health First Aid (desirable)
Driving license (essential)
Experience
Some travel will be required at times to regional offices (monthly) in addition to site visits during peak seasons which may include some overnight stays.
