A leading company is seeking a Recruitment and Training Manager - Sales to lead recruitment and development efforts for high-performing sales teams. This role requires fluency in French, significant recruitment experience, and team management skills, aimed at supporting substantial growth over the next five years. The ideal candidate will drive a culture of success within the organization, working onsite in London and facilitating regular travel throughout the UK and Europe.
We are working with a FTSE250 business to appoint a Recruitment and Training Manager - Sales. This role will work closely with the HR team and report to the EU Operations Director to recruit and develop high-performing sales teams in a competitive environment, to support their growth ambitions of doubling the size of the organisation over the next 5 years.

Location and travel requirements: The role will be based onsite in north-west London 3 days a week, with regular travel required throughout the UK and Europe.
Salary range: £70k-£75k base, plus package
