Job summary

Essential Employment is seeking a Recruitment Advisor for a temporary assignment in Wembley. You will support management and delivery of social care recruitment, advertise jobs, coordinate and participate in selection procedures, and handle pre-employment checks including DBS.

You will ensure CIFAS/compliance checks are completed promptly and to high standards, helping deliver cost-effective recruitment and assessment services to internal and external customers.

Recruitment Advisor needed in Wembley

This is a temporary role and the rate is £21.41ph PAYE

The successful candidate will support the management and delivery of effective and efficient social care recruitment and selection services including advertising jobs, co-ordinating and participating in selection procedures, implementing all pre-employment checks, and issuing contracts of employment.

They will ensure that all compliance checks (including DBS and CIFAS) are carried out promptly and to the highest standards, following relevant guidelines and will support the delivery of high-quality cost-effective recruitment and assessment services to internal and external customers.
