Job summary

Beyond Housing is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to guide recruitment from initial vacancy discussions through to offer and onboarding, ensuring a welcoming and professional candidate experience. You will build relationships, stay organised across multiple vacancies, and keep processes moving as priorities shift.

Are you passionate about helping people find the right opportunity and helping teams find the right people? As a Recruitment Advisor at Beyond Housing, you’ll play an important part in bringing great colleagues into our organisation. You’ll guide recruitment activity from the first conversation about a vacancy through to offer and onboarding, making sure every candidate receives a welcoming, thoughtful and professional experience.

You’ll be someone who enjoys building relationships and can communicate with warmth, confidence and clarity. You’ll be organised, comfortable balancing several vacancies at once and able to keep things moving when priorities change. A careful eye for detail will help you manage candidate information and recruitment records accurately, while your approachable style will help people feel supported at every stage.
