Job summary

Beyond Housing is hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing & Communications team. The role involves planning, creating and delivering digital content across our website, social media channels, email campaigns and other online platforms to engage customers and colleagues and promote our services.

You'll work with a supportive team that leads on corporate communications and customer engagement, developing skills and contributing new ideas in a busy environment.

Job description

Are you creative, organised and passionate about digital marketing and communications? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing & Communications team. In this varied role, you'll help plan, create and deliver digital content across our website, social media channels, email campaigns and other online platforms. You'll play an important part in helping us engage with customers and colleagues and promote the services and support we provide across our communities.

We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong written communication skills and a genuine interest in digital marketing. You'll be confident using social media and digital platforms, enjoy creating engaging content, and be able to manage multiple tasks at once. Whether you're building on existing marketing experience or looking to develop your career in digital marketing, you'll be enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn.

You will be joining a supportive and collaborative Marketing & Communications team that leads on corporate communications, customer engagement, campaigns, events, media relations and digital content. We work closely with teams across the organisation to share important information, celebrate successes and ensure customers, colleagues and stakeholders stay informed and connected. It's a busy team where no two days are the same, and you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and contribute new ideas.
