Job description

We're looking for an organised and proactive Awaab's law compliance coordinator to join our customer service - complex repairs team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our customers live in safe, compliant homes while helping Beyond Housing meet its legal and regulatory responsibilities. You'll coordinate compliance activities, monitor performance, manage risks, support service improvements, and work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure customers receive a timely and effective service.

We're looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines. Experience in social housing, compliance, or performance monitoring would be beneficial, but most importantly you'll be customer-focused, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering great results.

You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team focused on managing complex repairs and ensuring compliance across our homes. The team plays a vital role in protecting customers, maintaining high standards of service, and continuously improving how we work. This is a great opportunity to contribute to an area of growing importance within the organisation and help shape how we deliver compliance services in the future.

Closing date for applications is Monday 16 November 2026, applications will be reviewed throughout the duration of the advert and we may close it early should enough applications be received. We are not working with recruitment agencies on this vacancy.
