Job summary

Goldthorpe Primary Academy is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join us on a part-time, temporary basis. This role sits within Delta Academies Trust, serving the local community and supporting pupils with their learning.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of teaching staff to help raise attainment in literacy and numeracy, assist with classroom routines, supervise during activities, and create a positive, inclusive environment for all learners.

Goldthorpe Primary Academy are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our academy as soon as possible on a part time, temporary.

Goldthorpe Primary School lies at the heart of the local community. It was located on the previous site since 1903 which means we were there for 113 years! In the summer of 2016 we relocated to our new site and opened our doors in September 2016. There are currently 264 pupils on roll.

Holiday Entitlement: minimum 35 days (subject to pro rata if working part-time and dependent upon salary and continuous service) including statutory Bank Holidays.
