Purpose of the role:
The Recruitment Administrator supports Recruitment Coordinators with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities include posting and screening candidates via our ATS (Blue Octopus), arranging interviews, and submitting reference packs to the Compliance Team. The role involves supporting candidate attraction and conversion for hourly paid roles at our London Heathrow and London City sites. Reporting to the Shared Services and Recruitment Manager, the role includes assisting with hiring events and inductions, with occasional travel to other sites or events.
This position is part of a fast-paced HR Recruitment Team, crucial for the smooth operation of our ongoing recruitment activities.

External: Service providers, Recruitment agencies, Candidates, Job Centres, Job Boards
