Purpose of the Role
The Recruitment Administrator supports Recruitment Coordinators with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including posting and screening candidates via our ATS (Blue Octopus), arranging interviews, and submitting referencing packs. The role involves supporting candidate attraction and conversion for hourly roles at our London Heathrow and London City sites, reporting to the Shared Services and Recruitment Manager. The role may require occasional travel to other sites or hiring events.
Within our supportive, fast-paced HR Recruitment Team, your role is key to ensuring smooth recruitment processes across our sites.

External: Service providers, Recruitment agencies, Candidates, Job Centres, Job Boards, external stakeholders
