Purpose of the role:
The Recruitment Administrator supports Recruitment Coordinators with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including posting and screening candidates via our ATS (Blue Octopus), arranging interviews, and submitting referencing packs to the Compliance Team. The role involves supporting candidate attraction and conversion for hourly roles at London Heathrow and London City sites. It reports to the Shared Services and Recruitment Manager and may involve travel to other sites or events.
This position is vital to the smooth operation of our recruitment processes within our sites.
Stakeholders:
Internal: Operations and Functional Managers, Recruitment Coordinators, HR Team, Compliance/Referencing Team
External: Service providers, Recruitment agencies, Candidates, Job Centres, Job Boards, external stakeholders
