An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proficient part-time Recruitment/HR Administrator to support a growing team. You will be systematic and skillful in prioritising tasks and adapting to changing priorities. Experience in supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns would be advantageous. No two days are the same, ensuring a dynamic and engaging role!

*Please note: Although this is a remote role, we prefer candidates based in Surrey, Hampshire, or West Sussex to attend team meetings when required.*

Duties will include (but are not limited to):
  1. Assist the recruitment process from vacancy request through to onboarding using the ATS.
  2. Manage candidate records and ensure data accuracy in the ATS system.
  3. Coordinate interviews and follow-up calls to applicants as appropriate.
  4. Provide clerical support for internal and external recruitment campaigns.
  5. Handle onboarding of new hires, employment contracts, and pre-employment checks.
  6. Manage department PO/invoices.
What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment or HR Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment & HR processes and best practices.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to switch between tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of social media and job boards.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Interpersonal skills to build rapport with applicants and recruiters.

This role is Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week.
