Kingdom Services Group are seeking an Account Manager to join our Kingdom People Team. The role would suit an experienced account coordinator ready for the next step.

Location: Bristol area, travel to nearby sites required.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00am - 05:00pm or to suit the needs of the business.

What the role is

Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and fair role-relevant tasks may be added.

  • Recruiting temporary workers in abattoir environment (pork) in line with client’s requirements.
  • Managing KPIs daily in line with the SLA.
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients.
  • Daily reporting (absence, recruitment, leavers) to site and Kingdom management.
  • Performing various administrative tasks as required.
  • Managing own workload to ensure deadlines are met.
The successful applicant will match the below skill set
  • Passionate about delivering a best-in-class service.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Account Manager or Contract Coordinator.
  • Growth-oriented and results-driven.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills at various levels, with strong presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Process and compliance driven.
  • Relentless in driving strategic projects to improve Kingdom every day.

Driving licence and access to own vehicle are required due to the nature of the role.
