Job summary

Recruit Assist Ltd is seeking an ambitious 360 Recruitment Sales Consultant in Enfield. You will secure new clients, manage relationships, and oversee the complete recruitment cycle from vacancies to placements for driving and industrial roles.

The role offers a salary of £28,000–£31,000 per year plus a 15% commission. Regular training, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, and ongoing personal development plans support your growth in a growing independent business.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment sales or B2B sales preferred.
• Proven ability to win new clients and build a client portfolio.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Winning new business: identify, target and secure clients in driving/industrial sectors.
• Business development through outbound calls, networking, and meetings.
• Account management to grow existing client relationships and opportunities.
• 360 recruitment delivery from vacancies to placements.
• Delivering flexible staffing solutions (temporary and permanent).
• Candidate management: build a strong driver/candidate network.
• Meet sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates.

Recruit Assist is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded 360 Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our growing independent recruitment business. If you’re an experienced recruiter who loves picking up the phone, winning business and building relationships, we want to hear from you. This position is a full 360 consultant, from securing new clients to the placement of candidates and the commercial admin for the driving and warehouse desk.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Winning new business: Proactively identifying, targeting and securing new clients across driving and industrial recruitment.
• Business development: Building your own client portfolio through outbound calls, networking, LinkedIn and face-to-face meetings.
• Account management: Developing existing relationships and maximising opportunities with current clients.
• 360 recruitment delivery: Managing the complete recruitment process from taking vacancies and sourcing candidates through to successful placements.
• Temporary and permanent recruitment: Delivering flexible staffing solutions to meet changing client demands.
• Candidate management: Building a strong network of reliable drivers and industrial candidates.
• Sales performance: Working towards clear business development, placement and revenue targets.
• Relationship building: Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to clients and candidates.
