We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne team as a Team Leader. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a 360 permanent Early Childhood desk whilst guiding, inspiring, and driving team success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting team members to meet and exceed goals
• Leading by example with accountability and exceptional service
• Manage and develop a personal billing desk, sourcing top talent and maintaining strong client relationships within early childhood education.
• Developing and implementing operational plans that deliver results
• Coaching and mentoring to build leadership capacity
• Promoting One Team behaviors for organisational alignment
• Attracting, onboarding, and marketing educators, while fostering professional relationships to enhance client and educator satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

• Leadership or management experience within agency recruitment
• Eligibility for sponsorship
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
• A growth mindset and drive to succeed
• Strong IT and administrative skills
• An education background or deep knowledge of the market is a plus
