Randstad is seeking an Onsite Account Specialist in Minworth for a part-time role (£29,000 pro-rata for full-time equivalent). You will be the sole Randstad representative on-site, delivering inductions and handling worker queries while managing data and weekly reports.

The position emphasizes proactive relationship-building with a vibrant contingent workforce, requiring strong customer service and basic Excel skills. This client-facing role operates 100% onsite, Monday to Friday.

Onsite Account Specialist

Location: Minworth

Salary: £29,000 pro-rata (Full-time equivalent)

Hours: Part-Time | 20 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 12 PM

Work Style: 100% Onsite

This is a part-time position working Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 12 PM. You will be the sole, go-to Randstad representative on-site, managing a vibrant contingent workforce of temporary talents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day: You would be conducting inductions for new starters
• Query management: Managing worker queries and ensure they are escalated to the relevant person to ensure they are resolved
• Data & Administration: Managing weekly administrative tasks, and producing Management Information (MI) and weekly reports.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you need to be highly proactive, organised, and exceptionally comfortable with data.

• Strong Customer Service & Stakeholder Skills: You are confident, approachable, and happy to talk to anyone-from production floor workers to senior site managers.
• Basic Excel Skills: For reporting and data accurately.
