Job summary

Client Server Limited in Esher, Surrey, is seeking a Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing, tech-aligned team. You will deliver top technologists to meet client needs and manage the full recruitment cycle with support from marketing.

You’ll focus on building client relationships, developing your portfolio, and driving commissions through a results-driven, consultative approach. Excellent earning potential and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sector).
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets.
• Ability to develop and manage client relationships and portfolios.

Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant Esher, Surrey to £35k + OTE

Join one of our high performing, tech aligned teams at Client Server, a technology focused recruitment consultancy with fantastic office backing on to Sandown racecourse.

After a hugely successful financial year, we looking to grow the team; as a Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant you'll join a warm desk with plenty of opportunity to hit the ground running. Having recently hit our annual target we paid out over £1 million in commission in the last financial year with multiple consultants billing over £250k.

What You'll Do as a Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant:

• You'll deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles
• You'll manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio (accelerating your commission as you contribute to business development)
• You'll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams)
• You'll meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team's success with a focus on quality service

• You have previous experience as a Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sector)
• You have a competitive and determined mindset
• You have strong time-management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs
• You're client focused with a consultative and ethical approach to recruitment
