Job summary

Retail Insights in London is seeking a Recruiter Coordinator to own end-to-end recruitment, profile roles, source candidates, screen CVs, plan assessments, create interview scripts and conduct interviews. You will build our employer brand and attract top talent while automating recruiting processes.

The role is onsite at Buckingham Gate, working Monday to Friday with strong growth opportunities and close collaboration with management. Flexible startdate, HQ in London.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results.
• UK work permit is required.
• Curious about working with and understanding people.
• Excited to speak with people ranging from students to executives.
• Natural ability to put others at ease and build rapport.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

• Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including; role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts and conducting interviews
• Build a strong employer brand and attracting both the obvious talents (what we call shouting talents) as well as the more covert talents (what we call whispering talents)
• Own the execution of further developing and automating our recruiting processes
• Improve our onboarding process in close collaboration with management
