Job summary

Retail Insights in London is seeking a Talent Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment process, from role profiling to interviewing. You will source candidates, screen CVs, plan assessments, and write interview scripts while partnering with management.

You will build an employer brand, attract top talent, and help automate recruiting processes. The role is based at our HQ in London (Buckingham Gate) and requires a UK work permit; face-to-face collaboration is essential to drive fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results.
• UK work permit is required.
• Curious about and passionate about working with people.
• Willing to engage with a wide range of professionals from students to executives.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

• Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including; role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts and conducting interviews
• Build a strong employer brand and attracting both the obvious talents (what we call shouting talents) as well as the more covert talents (what we call whispering talents)
• Own the execution of further developing and automating our recruiting processes
• Improve our onboarding process in close collaboration with management
