Job summary

Retail Insights is seeking a Recruiter consultant for a 12-month internship based in our London HQ. You will own initial recruitment stages, screen CVs, and coordinate closely with the CEO on recruiting strategy.

No prior experience is required as we train you in recruiting fundamentals. You will work onsite in Buckingham Gate, with clear growth paths into recruitment or other departments of the company.

Qualifications

• Have acquired a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results.
• Have a UK work permit.
• No experience is needed. If need be, we will teach you everything you need to know about recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the CEO all the weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates.
• Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach.
• Take responsibility for the first stage of the recruitment process (CV Screening).
• Take ownership of the recruitment software Greenhouse: renew and update postings via the platform; update the job description to attract more candidates.
• Ensure synchronization between FirstMind and Greenhouse.
• You will report to the senior recruitment and to the CEO.

The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. It is essential we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year. It will be great to have you as part of our team.
