• Source candidates through various channels
• Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone / Teams / F2F
• Make outbound sales phone calls
• Maintain relationships with clients and customers
• Assist in matching candidates to positions

• Coordinate interview schedules
• Support administrative tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
