Trainee Recruitment Partner – Technology & Engineering

Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in our Derby office

EMBS is a leading technology and engineering recruitment firm based in Derby, with over 20 years of experience. We partner with some of the UK’s most innovative employers, delivering exciting recruitment projects that will allow you to build a diverse skill set and long-term career.

We’ve had an amazing year so far, and with new customers approaching us all the time, we’re looking for a Junior Recruitment Partner to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering recruitment projects for clients in the tech and engineering sectors

Attending client meetings and building relationships with hiring managers

Using social media, video, and email marketing to attract candidates

Screening and interviewing candidates for contract and permanent roles

Managing candidate data in our CRM system and ensuring compliance

Sending marketing materials to both clients and candidates

Identifying business opportunities and passing leads to the sales team

Working through a structured career development plan

Contributing to team targets and celebrating success together

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience in Sales, Recruitment, Account Management or similar

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
