Job summary

Epicor is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to source, screen, and hire top talent across multiple locations. You will conduct phone interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain the Epicor ATS to ensure timely openings are filled.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in staffing, experience with Taleo, strong communication skills, and a track record of managing 20+ requisitions simultaneously. This on-site role offers competitive pay and a collaborative, global team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a staffing agency environment preferred.
• Ability to handle a workload up to 20+ requisitions at a time.
• Ability to negotiate and close offers.
• Experience with Taleo Enterprise Edition preferred.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Linkedin Recruiter experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using Internet resources, including social media, applicant tracking system, employee referrals, career fairs, networking and direct contact.
• Act as a resource for internal employees interested in applying for positions within the organization.
• Educate hiring managers on overall hiring process.
• Communicate and coordinate with HR COEs and other stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
• Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
• Work with various department hiring managers, in various functions and in multiple locations.
• Update and maintain the Epicor Application Tracking System.
• Create and update reports to track new hires, and open requisitions
• Prepare job advertisements to be posted on job boards, internal ATS, and social media sites.
• Conduct presentations to the Recruitment team on a quarterly basis.
