Job summary

Epicor Software Corporation in the United Kingdom is seeking a Recruiter to source, screen, and advance candidates across functions and locations, using Internet resources, ATS, referrals, job boards, and social media.

You will conduct phone interviews, educate hiring managers, support internal mobility, and maintain the ATS with timely reports. The role requires at least 3+ years in staffing, a degree, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Prior experience in staffing agency environment preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using Internet resources, including social media, applicant tracking system, employee referrals, career fairs, networking and direct contact.
• Act as a resource for internal employees interested in applying for positions within the organization.
• Educate hiring managers on overall hiring process.
• Communicate and coordinate with HR COEs and other stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
• Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
• Work with various department hiring managers, in various functions and in multiple locations.
• Update and maintain the Epicor Application Tracking System.
• Create and update reports to track new hires, and open requisitions
• Prepare job advertisements to be posted on job boards, internal ATS, and social media sites.
• Conduct presentations to the Recruitment team on a quarterly basis.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Prior experience working in a staffing agency environment preferred.
• Ability to handle a workload up to 20+ requisitions at a time.
• Ability to negotiate and close offers.
• Experience with Taleo Enterprise Edition preferred.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Linkedin Recruiter experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
