Workforce Recruitment Group Limited in Bolton is seeking a Ukrainian-speaking Recruiter to identify and engage candidates for temporary and permanent roles across Manufacturing, Engineering and Hospitality. You will focus on sourcing, building talent pipelines and conducting interviews via telephone and Teams.

Competenze

• Experience in recruitment, sales or customer service.
• A good level of spoken and written English.
• Fluency in Ukrainian.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence speaking with candidates over the phone and online.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies.
• A positive, proactive and resilient attitude.
• Motivation to achieve targets and deliver results.

If you enjoy sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines and helping people find new career opportunities, but don't want the pressure of winning new business or making cold sales calls, this could be the ideal next step in your recruitment career.

You’ll focus on identifying and engaging high-quality candidates for temporary and permanent positions across the Manufacturing, Engineering and Hospitality sectors, working alongside our experienced Account Management team who manage client relationships and generate vacancies.

What you’ll be doing

• Building talent pipelines for temporary and permanent vacancies.
• Conducting telephone and Microsoft Teams interviews.
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities.
• Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Working closely with our Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams.
• Building long-term relationships with candidates to encourage referrals and repeat business.

We're looking for someone who

• Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, a call centre environment or another office-based role.
• A good level of spoken and written English.
• Fluency in Ukrainian.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence speaking with candidates over the phone and online.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• A positive, proactive and resilient attitude.
• Motivation to achieve targets and deliver results.
• Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
