To support our international growth, we’re expanding our Talent team and looking for aTalent Acquisition Specialist to help us find exceptional people who’ll shape the future of Qargo.
Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing to offer - for different roles across the company.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored hiring strategies.
Conduct interviews with a sharp focus on quality and experience - while placing strong emphasis on cultural fit, which we see as essential to building the right team.
Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring and keep promising candidates warm.
Represent Qargo at events and career fairs, and help position us as an employer of choice.
Ensure every candidate has a positive experience, regardless of the outcome.
Contribute to team projects and help us continuously improve how we recruit.
You have 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-moving or international environment.
You’re a great communicator in English, both spoken and written.
You know how to assess potential and understand what makes someone a great addition to a team.
You’re proactive, organised, and like to take initiative - you don’t wait to be told what to do.
You’re familiar with tools like ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter (or excited to learn).
You value teamwork and are energised by working with others towards a common goal.
You’re highly results-driven, committed to achieving goals with determination and without compromising on quality or standards.
